Eric Miles - President and CEO
Mr. Miles has over 30 years experience producing technology innovation and business performance in world class enterprise software organizations. His early career was at IBM where he evolved to Director of the Software Lab responsible for data management products including access methods, and the IMS and DB2 databases.
He was Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Open Systems Group at Amdahl Corporation, which escalated to $400 million in annual revenue.
At Sybase, Inc. he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Business Intelligence Division, which acquired and integrated three technology companies and evolved to $25 million in 3 years.
Mr. Miles was most recently the CEO of Entopia, Inc., a start-up company that invented and developed activity-based enterprise search.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He is a board member at E-Net Corporation, Custom Credit Systems and DB Technology.
Vince Carrozzi - Executive Vice President - Worldwide Sales
Mr. Carrozzi has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience with nearly 15 years in the maintenance management software industry. Prior to AssetPoint, he led TabWare sales at Fluor Corporation, served five years as district manager at PSDI (now MRO Software) starting up their vertical marketing program and was a founder in the 1980's of Titan Software (now Four Rivers Software). Earlier in his career, Mr. Carrozzi owned and operated automobile dealerships, and worked in the Jeep division engineering and design department of American Motors. He brings his blended experience as a business owner, sales/marketing background, and software industry expertise to his leadership role at AssetPoint.
Mr. Carrozzi has also designed and implemented sales training courses for handling an enterprise-wide software sales process. In 2002, he was named to the "Who's Who" elite group of leading business and sales executives.
Mr. Carrozzi holds an economics degree from upstate New York's Hobart College and is a graduate of Sales Performance International's "Solution Selling" program.
Harrell Waldrop - Executive Vice President - AssetPoint Reliability Solutions
Mr. Waldrop has over thirty years experience in systems and practices in manufacturing and service companies. His experience includes both process and discrete manufacturing. He has served in a variety of leadership positions software development; systems and maintenance consulting; software and consulting sales; and business unit management.
A significant portion of Mr. Waldrop's career was spent at Fluor Corporation in the company's Fluor Daniel unit. He performed in a variety of leadership positions, including leading the initiative to develop one of the first commercially offered computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). In addition, Mr. Waldrop managed and/or performed consulting engagements for many Fortune 500 companies within North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. He, together with other investors, purchased the EAM business and software asset from Fluor to launch AssetPoint.
Mr. Waldrop has authored several papers on maintenance systems practices and effectiveness which have been published in leading industry periodicals. He regularly speaks to industry groups on topics related to maintenance systems and practices.
Mr. Waldrop was graduated from Clemson University in Applied Mathematics. He also received a Masters degree in Operations Research from Clemson.
Matt Smith - Chief Financial Officer
Matt Smith is the Chief Financial Officer of AssetPoint. He is responsible for all of the financial operations and reporting of the company. Matt has been with AssetPoint since 2002.
Prior to AssetPoint Matt was Vice President of Finance for Nuvox, a telephone and high-speed data company. In addition, he held the position of Assistant Controller for long-distance phone provider Corporate Telemanagement Group and In-charge accountant at the accounting firm of Elliott Davis.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University and is a CPA in the state of South Carolina.
Kay Jenkins - Executive Vice President - Products and Services
Kay Jenkins has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. She has held management positions for software development companies in various industries including billing and revenue collections, provisioning of satellite and cable services, federal regulations compliance, government products and services, insurance and claims processing, and most recently, EAM products and services. The leadership positions have included responsibilities for product development, professional services, support and customer satisfaction, SaaS, and service level agreement compliance.
Kay graduated from the College of Charleston with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. She is a PMI-certified PMP and has been published in trade magazines and presented at technical conferences.
Michael Stone - Vice President - Global Marketing
Mr. Stone has over 35 years experience in commercial software and consulting with over 20 years in the maintenance management industry. He has held a variety of leadership positions including software design and development, operations management, business unit management, consulting, account management and marketing.
Prior to AssetPoint, Mr. Stone led business unit operations for the Mid-Atlantic region for Nexgenix, Inc. for five years and while at Indus International, he served as Senior Account manager in their mining vertical. Mr. Stone served at Fluor Corporation for 20 years where he held a variety of leadership positions including leading the development and deployment of TabWare.
Mr. Stone was graduated from Limestone College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also received an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Greenville Technical College. Mr. Stone is a member of the American Marketing Association.
Cheryln Sanders - Vice President - Human Resources
Cheryln Sanders has over nine years experience in Human Resources for a variety of companies. She worked previously for accounting firms and has more than 20 years experience in the accounting field.
Cheryln is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, a member of the Greenville, SC Chapter for the Society for Human Resource Management and also serves on the Board for the Greenville Chapter. |
