It starts with ease of requesting work, TabWare uses a quick and simple CMMS approach for entering work orders directly as well as a web work request program for the remote entry of work requirements into the system. TabWare contains a fully controlled and auditable approval process that also supports messaging capabilities through internal TabWare or E-mail programs. Work orders can be fully planned in as much detail as required. This industrial grade module provides a maintenance work breakdown structure that can be used to handle a wide range of complexity from simple work orders with a single task to highly complex projects involving thousands of tasks and sub-tasks.

TabWare tracks work orders by status codes that allow you to see the status of a specific work order or group of work orders at any given time. Work order scheduling can be done by group, skill, or by individual and this can be developed by any period of time you wish, shift, day, week, month, etc. TabWare is integrated with Microsoft Project and Primavera Project Planner and other scheduling software.
