AssetPoint’s TabWare EFx is a simple EAM CMMS System that includes a full service Preventive Maintenance (PM) module that allows for the scheduling of PM and PdM activities by date, meter/unit, or a combination of both. PM Master Plans can contain detailed work instruction, material requirements, as well as craft types and labor durations. PM work orders can have all safety and regulatory permits attached as linked documents assuring compliance will all regulatory requirements. The PM module can be linked to standard equipment PLC’s to transfer production counts, meter readings, and/or performance alarm levels directly into the TabWare PM and Work Order System. All PM and PdM data is stored in the Event Module with all equipment events allowing for a chronological view of an equipments history.
