Both the buyer and sellers access EZBid via a web browser. The buyer creates the RFQ in TabWare and the sellers provide pricing. In addition to capturing and ranking bids by price EZBids supports the distribution of technical and commercial documents between the buyer and sellers.

Supplier responses are automatically tabulated and suppliers are ranked to facilitate awards. Once the competitive bidding has been awarded, the winning supplier response can be quickly and easily converted into a Purchase Order.
